(3) Serious degree of focusing:

Synthetic glue such as nitrile glue. Trapped rolling when the heat is large, nitrile rubber is harder and tougher. It is easy to burn when mixing. Especially when filling agent is more. Usually, 2 parts of pentachlorophenol zinc salt and 420 l parts of activator are added. Add pentachlorophenol zinc salt rolling for 2-3 minutes, then add activator 420 rolling for 3 minutes, and then thin, add softener liquid gumaron resin, or pine tar. Or dibutyl phthalate (for butanol). After plasticizing and softening, the coke glue can be mixed into the normal production glue. In order to ensure that the quality is not affected, the amount of adding should not be too much, generally can be added to the above glue 5 copies or so.

(2) To prevent burning in the process of production process operation:

The following measures should be taken to prevent burning in production:

1 raw materials should be weighed accurately, especially important is the dosage of accelerator and vulcanizing agent should be weighed accurately, avoid scale failure or weighing error all kinds of accelerator to be identified, do not get it wrong.

2. The order of adding ingredients should be correct when mixing, usually as follows:

Raw rubber - zinc chloride, stearic acid - aging agent - reinforcing agent and oil softener alternately add a sulfur - accelerator - rubber material.

It is safer to reverse the feeding order and add the accelerator at the last stage when rolling at higher temperatures.

3. When adding accelerant and vulcanizing agent, it should be added in multiple batches. The amount of each batch should be small and the distribution should be uniform. Avoid focusing on local areas and causing scorch.
