Polyaniline coated lead titanate (PZT) and conductive carbon black were used to prepare a composite piezoelectric damping material of silicone rubber. Such material is also known as intelligent damping silicone rubber, which has excellent electrical conductivity. When a certain amount of charge appears on the surface of PZT, polyaniline can collect more charge and transfer the charge to the carbon black conductive network to improve the charge conduction efficiency.
