Note: too low molding temperature or too short vulcanization time will cause the overall unripeness

Expression: on the solid products with large volume, adjust the temperature, exhaust and discharge mode during molding, so that the products that would have required a certain time for vulcanization can be out of the mold in advance. There is no abnormality on the surface of the molded product, but in fact, the interior is not completely vulcanized

Note: the curing time must be sufficient to ensure the quality. If the vulcanization time is not guaranteed, the silicone rubber products will bulge or even burst.

3、 Partial incompleteness

Expression: after silicone products are formed, the appearance and function of most parts can meet the quality requirements, but there will be raw rubber without vulcanization in a small part, and there are more on the surface of silicone products

Example: silicone keys appear on the substrate and load inclined wall, and conductive glue keys appear on the conductive substrate
