2、 Chemical principle of silicone rubber for high transparency mold

It can withstand high temperature and has long anti aging time.

4、 Characteristics of condensation mold silicone rubber

Two component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber has excellent fluidity and good operability. It can be operated after 30 minutes by adding curing agent at room temperature. It will be formed after 2-3 hours. It has an elastic silicone rubber mold with no deformation, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance and no expansion. It is the compound mold and precision mold manufacturing of handicrafts, resin handicrafts, lighting, candles and other products.

5、 Application of silicone rubber in high transparent addition molding mold

It is mainly used for precision mold manufacturing, such as forming precision molds of polyurethane and epoxy resin, mapping of chemical building materials, carbon fiber composites and machine parts with stable scale requirements, reproduction of decorations and handicrafts of poly resin, epoxy resin and PU foam resin, and making art candles and gypsum molds, It can also be used in the mold manufacturing of furniture industry and electronic industry. The products have high transparency and good demoulding performance. It can see whether there are bubbles and other defects in the pouring material in the mold. It can also be used to make pad printing adhesive heads with high hardness and long service life.

6、 Characteristics of silicone rubber in addition molding die

The addition mold silicone rubber can be used for a long time under the temperature range of - 65 ° c-350 ° C, and maintain its soft and elastic properties. It has the characteristics of excellent electrical properties and chemical stability, water resistance, ozone resistance, weather aging resistance, non corrosiveness, physiological inertia, non toxicity and tastelessness, low linear shrinkage, high transparency, good demoulding performance and easy operation.

7、 Application method of addition mold silicone rubber

(1) Mix

Component a (base glue) and component B (curing agent) shall be mixed in the weight ratio of 10:1. The mixing can be done manually or by equipment.

(2) Defoaming

The mixed rubber shall be defoaming before pouring. When used in small quantities, it can be carried out in the vacuum dryer. Under vacuum, the rubber volume will foam, which can be increased by 4-5 times. Therefore, the volume of the defoaming container should be 4-5 times larger than the rubber volume. After a few minutes, the rubber volume will return to normal. When there are no bubbles escaping from the surface (about 10 minutes), the defoaming process will be completed.

(3) Surface treatment

Liquid paraffin can be used as release agent for the mold surface to be contacted by the rubber or the material surface to be potted.

(4) Vulcanization and demoulding

The mixed defoaming compound shall be dried at 120 ± 5 ℃ for 30 minutes and 60-70 ℃ for 2-3 hours. The curing time at room temperature is 24 hours. The curing temperature and time can be determined according to the process conditions.

8、 Storage and precautions of silicone rubber for addition mold

1. The products are non dangerous goods, sealed and stored in a cool place to prevent rain and sun exposure. The storage period is half a year.

2. During the use of the product, it shall not be mixed with condensed silicone rubber, sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen compounds, otherwise the vulcanization of the rubber will be affected. If the condensation mold has been used, it must be cleaned with gasoline, otherwise the mold surface cannot be vulcanized or sticky.
