Product forming process:

LSR is a two-component liquid material, which is divided into component A and component B. the work of the mixer (injection molding machine) fully mixes component A and component B in an accurate ratio of 1:1. In addition, due to the needs of product design, it will be equipped with the operation of color pump and color metering part. Components a + B, color, etc. are fully mixed and then enter the plasticizing system. The plasticizing screw has the functions of homogenization and mixing at the same time. The mixture is injected into the mold at high temperature (170-200 ℃) through the screw, and the silica gel solidifies. When the product reaches the cold flow system, it should be noted that the flow channel should be cold enough. In order to avoid glue leakage, the needle valve is installed on the surface of the die parts. When the glue injection is completed, the needle valve immediately closes the glue nozzle.
