1. When mixing silicone rubber raw materials, we should first remove the blue plastic paper wrapped on the surface of the rubber block to ensure that no plastic paper is stained with the rubber block, and then we can put the rubber block into the open mixer;

2. At the beginning of rubber mixing, the thickness of the open mixer should not be too large or too small. First put a small part of the rubber blocks into the open mixer to mix evenly, then increase the thickness of the open mixer and put the rubber blocks of the specified weight in turn. When the mixed silicone rubber is completely refined evenly and the rubber is completely attached to the roller, we can add silica gel color masterbatch, color and other auxiliary materials, and then refine it repeatedly through triangular package;

3. When adding vulcanization, if it is aqueous vulcanizing agent, it should be poured gradually and slowly at one time, not at one time, which is easy to cause a large amount of spilling of vulcanizing agent during mixing, which is easy to affect the ratio of vulcanizing agent. Sometimes, the spilling of vulcanizing agent will splash into mouth, nose, eyes and ears, which is easy to cause harm to human body. If the vulcanizing agent splashes into the organs, just wash it slowly and repeatedly with clean water; When adding paste vulcanization, it should be noted that the roller of the open mixer should not be too hot, and the cooling water should be turned on before adding vulcanization agent. The paste curing agent can be added at one time, but the compound needs to be cut quickly to mix the curing agent with the mixed silicone rubber. If the vulcanizing agent and mixed silicone rubber are allowed to rub repeatedly without cutting the rubber, it is easy to cause electrostatic deflagration accidents. When adding paste curing agent, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and other fire-fighting equipment shall be placed next to the workbench. In particular, care should be taken when adding paste vulcanizing agent. Combustion accidents are easy to occur if the operation is improper;

4. When adding silica gel color masterbatch, you can add vulcanizing agent first and then color masterbatch, or add color masterbatch first and then vulcanizing agent. It is not recommended to add both at the same time. When adding silica gel color masterbatch, it shall be continuously and repeatedly refined evenly. In case of uneven color refining of silica gel color masterbatch, the thickness of the open mixer shall be reduced, and then it can be refined;

5. After adding vulcanizing agent and color masterbatch to the mixed silicone rubber, we should observe whether the rubber materials on both sides of the open mixer are completely neat. If the rubber materials on both sides are broken and the surface mixed silicone rubber has not been refined evenly, the rubber materials on both sides should be completely neat, the surface should be smooth and flawless, and there should be no air bubbles, so that the packaging can be carried out;

6. When packaging the mixed silicone rubber, pay attention to whether the lower film paper is complete and tidy to avoid the film paper being involved in the mixed silicone rubber raw materials. If qualified manufacturers can pack the sheets with double-layer film paper, which can ensure that the silicone rubber compound is mixed after the sheets are produced to avoid dust;

7. If the rubber mixing master is still a novice, one person shall be supervised at the working position to prevent the operator from accidentally getting involved in the roller. In case of emergency, pull down the emergency brake on the top of the open mill.
