Precautions for use:

1、 In the workshop of silicone rubber molding manufacturer, it is forbidden to have nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, lead, polyethylenealkynyl and other substances flowing into the workshop environment. Because the above substances can poison platinum and fail to achieve the purpose of crosslinking, the product molding cycle will be prolonged, and even the product can not be cured. This is also the reason why many factories cannot form platinum solidification.

2、 Some silicone color adhesives will also lead to platinum poisoning and failure and cannot be used. Therefore, when selecting vulcanizing agent for production, it can be used only after small-scale test and confirmation.

3、 After mixing the silicone rubber with platinum vulcanizing agent, it is recommended to vulcanize it within 4-8 hours to prevent room temperature crosslinking. If it is necessary to extend the storage time, add a little delay agent as appropriate.

4、 When there is hydrogen containing silicone oil in the silicone rubber, the silicone rubber products are prone to bubble and bulge, and when there is hydrogen containing silicone oil in the silicone rubber, the rubber will die when mixing agent a alone.

5、 After mixing rubber or high-temperature rubber, the open mixer shall be fully cleaned before refining low-temperature rubber, so as to avoid platinum poisoning and failure. The rubber that cannot be vulcanized in time shall be refrigerated at low temperature to prevent room temperature crosslinking.
