The two most commonly used basic models of mixed silicone rubber are molded silicone and extruded silicone. Molded silicone is the most commonly used raw material of mixed silicone rubber, because its production process is formed by high-temperature vulcanization and molding with flat vulcanizer or vacuum vulcanizer. The composition of extruded silicone is basically the same as that of molded silicone, which is made of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, silica Silicone oil and other auxiliary materials are mixed at high temperature by vacuum mixer.

The difference is that the proportion of added components of extruded silicone rubber is different from that of molded silicone rubber in production, and its mixing process in vacuum mixer is also different. If the mixing process of extruded silicone rubber is not qualified in production, bubbles are likely to appear in the production of products. If extruded silicone rubber wants to be put into production, it must be mixed evenly after adding double-24 curing agent or platinum curing agent in kneader or open mixer, Then the sheet is produced by the open mill and packaged with film paper, which can be put into production.
