High activity platinum water

Platinum water is a catalyst for high activity organosilicon addition reaction. It can be used as catalyst for addition of liquid silicone rubber, silicone gel, addition molding compound, electronic potting adhesive, silica gel ink, etc.

When preparing premixed adhesives such as liquid silicone rubber and electronic potting adhesive, add them according to the addition amount of 2.0-8.0ppm of the total mass, and then mix them fully. Mix component A and component B with catalyst in proportion. After mixing fully, carry out molding processing according to the actual molding process. The recommended curing condition is 120 ℃ / 180-300s, or adjusted according to the formula. The optimum catalyst addition ratio and curing conditions shall be determined according to different products and production processes.

matters needing attention:

1. The storage temperature should be controlled within 25 ℃, and it is best to seal it and refrigerate it in the refrigerator.

2. When there is surplus after unsealing, it is necessary to reseal the cover and save it according to the method in Item 1, otherwise it will turn yellow and eventually turn black. When the color changes only slightly, it can be used normally. When it turns black, its activity will decrease, and its use proportion needs to be adjusted again.

3. When platinum water is used, it is not allowed to add n into the raw material P. S atom or heavy metal composition, which will cause platinum poisoning, thus rapidly reducing its activity

4. Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight, and keep away from fire sources, acidic substances, metal oxides, ammonia substances and flammable materials.
