In the process of production and processing, the silicone products produced sometimes have the reason of unsmooth surface. So what is the reason for this?

1. First, confirm whether it is caused by the mold. If the mold itself is not smooth, the surface of the products produced will also be not smooth.

2. Check whether the curing agent is added enough. If the amount of curing agent is not enough, the surface of the product will not be cured enough, and the product will feel sticky.

3. Check whether the curing agent is stirred evenly. If the mixing of curing agent is not uniform enough, the curing will be sufficient while the curing is insufficient.
