Rubber and plastic products manufacturers have encountered that after rubber and plastic products are molded, their appearance and function cannot meet the necessary product requirements, resulting in a lot of silicone residues and resource consumption. This kind of situation is generally due to incomplete vulcanization of rubber products and plastic particles, resulting in the product is not very mature. How should we solve the problem of unfamiliar rubber products? What is the basis of discrimination? How to prevent such problems.

The rubber products that are not very familiar generally show the following conditions:

1、 Generally, the molding temperature is too low or the curing time is too short, which causes the rubber products to be generally soft and sticky after molding. When touching such poor products, they will feel slightly sticky, and fingernail prints will be left when pinching the surface with fingernails.

2、 Interior is not very familiar: the temperature, exhaust pipe and blanking method of rubber products are adjusted under the condition of molding, so that the products that must be vulcanized for a certain time can be demoulded early. The internal part of the product is not thoroughly vulcanized, which endangers the application of the product and leads to the consumption of resources. This kind of situation generally occurs on solid core products with large volume.

3、 Some are not familiar: this kind of situation generally occurs in the silicon chip of the silicone functional bond and the inclined inner wall of the load. The appearance and function of most parts of the product after molding can meet the product requirements, but a small part of the parts have unvulcanized rubber.

When manufacturing rubber products, we must pay attention to the molding soft curing time of rubber products. We can't reduce the molding curing time in order to improve productivity. That will not only fail to improve productivity, but also continue to lead to the consumption of financial and material resources.
