Application of Fluorosilicone Oil 
Used as a surface treatment agent for fabrics, leather, paper, etc
Fluorosilicone oil is commonly used for waterproof and anti fouling finishing of fabrics, leather, etc., and has oil and solvent repellency. Generally speaking, alkyl chains containing 8-10 perfluorocarbon atoms are required to achieve maximum waterproof and oil repellent effects. For fluorinated organic silicon polymers with the same number of carbon atoms, the straight chain has more effective waterproof and oil repellent properties than the branched chain.
1. Fluorosilicone oil containing heptafluoroisopropoxypropyl (or ethyl) side chains, with its unique T-shaped fluorine-containing structure, endows the product with excellent fluorine shielding effect. When used in fabric finishing, it can greatly improve the water, oil, and stain resistance of fabrics;
2. Fluorosilicone oil prepared from mercapto silicone oil and fluorinated monomers (such as fluorinated acrylic esters) can improve its oil resistance performance when used in textiles, especially fiber products;
3. Fluorosilicone oil obtained by reacting allyl siloxane with fluorinated thiol in the presence of AIBN at 100 ℃ -105 ℃ is used for cotton fabric finishing. The finished fabric still has good waterproof and oil repellent effects after dry cleaning and wet washing;
4. Fluorine silicon modified polyurethane waterproof and oil resistant finishing agent is synthesized from perfluoroalkenes, hydroxy silicone oil, epoxy ethane, and diisocyanate as raw materials, which is used for waterproof and oil resistant finishing of fiber fabrics such as fabrics and leather. It has excellent waterproof and oil resistant properties, and increases softness, smoothness, and elasticity;
