Characteristics of Silicone Rubber Products
Silicone rubber products are made from methyl vinyl silicone rubber as the base rubber, with various fillers (reinforcing agents, heat-resistant agents, modifiers, etc.) added through production processes such as mixing, lamination, filtration, sulfurization, molding, extrusion, and bonding. Silicone rubber products are the activity of producing various silicone rubber products using silicone and rubber as the main raw materials. Characteristics of Silicone Rubber Products
(1) High and low temperature resistance: can be used for a long time at 200 ℃, and still has elasticity at -60 ℃;
(2) Electrical insulation performance: Silicone rubber has excellent dielectric properties, especially at high temperatures, its dielectric performance greatly exceeds that of general organic rubber, and its dielectric strength is almost unaffected by temperature in the range of 20-200 ℃.
(3) Excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and UV radiation resistance, no cracking occurs when used outdoors for a long time. It is generally believed that silicone rubber can be used outdoors for more than 20 years.
(4) Excellent high-temperature compression permanent deformation.
(5) Good processing performance, easy molding, and other advantages can be used to produce various products through methods such as extrusion hot air vulcanization molding, mold addition molding, and extension molding.
