How can the quality of silicone molds be improved during the manufacturing process?
1. Choosing the right casting materials directly affects the quality of silicone molds. Choosing materials with good performance and heat resistance is crucial for producing high-quality products.
2. The design of silicone molds should be scientific and reasonable. For technical researchers, in order to design products that meet current market demand, it is necessary to design reasonably, use standard mold structures, and complete the standardized execution of the quality of mold parts, the usability of mold structures, and the technical processability. A complete quenching process is essential for silicone molds, and the quenching steps must be operated correctly.
