Molded silicone rubber products

Extruded silicone rubber products

Extruded silicone rubber products are usually extruded silicone rubber molding by extrusion machine, generally extruded silicone rubber shape is long, tubular can be cut at will, but the shape of extruded silicone rubber has limitations, widely used in medical equipment, food machinery.

Liquid silicone rubber products

Liquid silicone rubber products are injection molded by silicone rubber, the product is soft, the hardness can reach 10°C-40°C, because of its soft characteristics, in the simulation of human organs, medical silicone rubber chest pad, etc., widely used.

Forming principle

The principle of molding is to use high temperature and high pressure (the mold temperature needs to be about 165℃), with a certain time, make the physical change of the product, that is, through the bridge of the bridging agent, make the original free molecules connect with each other, form a network structure, so as to be inseparable, and form the product we need.
