This product is a thermally vulcanized fluorosilicone elastomer based adhesive, mainly composed of high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane with vinyl groups in the side and end groups.
This material has the dual advantages of silicone rubber and fluororubber, combining the high and low temperature resistance of silicone rubber, good electrical insulation, and superior solvent resistance of fluororubber.
Due to its excellent performance, this product is widely used in various industries such as military, aviation, automotive, petrochemical, medical, etc., especially suitable for manufacturing advanced products that require high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, and electrical insulation.
The molecular weight of this product is approximately 800000 to 1.2 million, with different vinyl content (0.1%, 0.3%, and 1.0%), which makes the product highly customizable and able to meet the diverse performance requirements of different industrial fields.
Its Mooney viscosity ranges from 9 to 16 (measured at 100 ℃), suitable for different processing requirements, and its low volatile matter (150 ℃ × 3 hours) is less than 2%, ensuring the stability of the product in high temperature environments.
The fluorosilicone elastomer base rubber can form high-strength and heat-resistant fluorosilicone rubber after heat vulcanization treatment.
Due to its excellent high and low temperature resistance, it can be used for a long time in harsh environments, especially under extreme temperature changes in working conditions such as aerospace and petrochemical equipment, and still maintain good physical properties and stability.
In addition, with its excellent solvent resistance, this product performs well in the face of various oils, solvents, and chemicals, especially suitable for environments with strong chemical corrosiveness.
In terms of electrical applications, this product has good electrical insulation performance and can serve as a high-quality insulation material in electrical equipment, ensuring safe and stable operation of the equipment.
Whether it is the sealing of electronic components, component protection in the automotive industry, or high-performance seals in aerospace, this product can provide long-term reliable protection.
As a non hazardous material, this product is packaged in cardboard boxes, each weighing 25 kilograms, for easy transportation and storage.
Its typical applications include serving as a base rubber for thermosetting fluorosilicone rubber, providing excellent high and low temperature resistance, solvent resistance, and electrical insulation properties in the manufacturing of various industrial products.
Through these excellent physical and chemical properties, this product can meet the demand for high-performance adhesive materials in multiple industries and is one of the indispensable key materials in modern industry.
