Its content ranges from 1000PPM to 20000PPM.
In practical applications, it is usually added at 0.05 - 0.5% of the total amount of glue. However, the specific amount needs to be carefully adjusted according to the specific formula, and it must be used in conjunction with inhibitors to ensure the accuracy and stability of the reaction. Its mechanism of action lies in effectively promoting the efficient addition reaction between substances containing silicon-hydrogen bonds (Si - H) and substances containing unsaturated bonds (H₂C = CH - C -), thus deriving a wide variety of organosilicon derivatives.
It is strictly prohibited to directly contact it with hydrogen-containing silicone oil and inhibitors alone. Before each use, it must be shaken thoroughly to ensure the uniform distribution of the catalyst, thereby ensuring the stable quality and excellent performance of each batch of silicone products, laying a solid foundation for your production process and helping enterprises stand out in market competition.
