In today's global transition toward a clean energy structure, whether it is new energy vehicles (NEVs) cruising on highways or wind turbines spanning the oceans, they all require a "blood" that can maintain absolute stability under extreme temperature variations and high-voltage environments. Even in extreme cold at -60°C, they remain in a clear liquid state, ensuring the smooth operation of wind turbine gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and bearings. Furthermore, the extremely low volatility of silicone oil means that wind turbines require almost no frequent oil changes throughout their 20-year lifecycle, drastically reducing the costs of high-altitude maintenance.

3. The "Insulating Shield" for Photovoltaics and Energy Storage

In large-scale photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage stations, tens of thousands of cables and inverters demand the highest levels of electrical insulation protection. Silicone oil-based insulating greases and potting compounds can equip these outdoor-exposed electrical devices with an "invisible armor."

They not only effectively isolate the equipment from moisture and salt spray corrosion but also efficiently conduct heat away when devices generate high temperatures during heavy-load operations. From the battery packs of NEVs to the gearboxes of wind turbines in the Gobi desert, silicone oil is providing continuous momentum for humanity's clean energy endeavors in the form of "green blood."
