The compound is made by adding raw silicone rubber to the double roll mixer or closed kneader, gradually adding white carbon black, silicone oil and other additives.

According to the different fillers and additives, the properties of silica gel are also different. Mainly manifested in: physical properties (hardness, tensile strength, elongation, tear strength, shrinkage, plasticity, specific gravity), electrical properties, chemical stability (temperature resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance), etc.

Molding

Under the action of vulcanizing agent, a certain temperature and pressure shall be applied to the molding of rubber mixture (only in solid state, in order to prevent bubbles). For example, HTV needs to be about 165 ℃ and LSR needs to be about 140 ℃.
