For example, we want to configure 50 hardness shore A compound, we can use 40 Shore A silicone compound and 60 Shore A silicone compound for blending. The algorithm is as follows:

60-53=7

60-40=20

7÷20=0.35

1-0.35=0.65

The ratio of 40 shore A silicone compound is 35% and 60 Shore A silicone compound is 65%. If we need to adjust the hardness of silicone compound, we can calculate it according to this method, but the adjustment range of compound hardness can only be between low hardness silicone compound and high hardness silicone compound, we can't modulate too low or too high.
