For example, products such as silicone rubber mobile phone shell, silicone rubber sealing ring, baby nipple and so on often used in our life are produced by molded silicone rubber.

The extruded silicone rubber is mainly applicable to the production of tubular / strip silicone rubber products without length limit. The extruded silicone rubber can be produced by preforming the extruder head and vulcanizing in the oven. For example, products such as silicone rubber water pipe and silicone rubber sealing strip commonly used in our life are produced by extruded silicone rubber.

Of course, the composition of molded silicone rubber raw material is roughly the same as that of extruded silicone rubber raw material, but the production process is different. Molded silicone rubber can be formed by adding odorless vulcanizing agent or double 25 vulcanizing agent, and then putting the strip / sheet silicone rubber raw material into the machine for high-temperature vulcanization; The extruded silicone rubber is formed by directly throwing the whole silicone rubber raw material into the rubber barrel through extrusion vulcanization after adding double 24 vulcanizing agent or platinum vulcanizing agent.

Molded silicone rubber raw materials can be stored for about one month after adding vulcanizing agent, while extruded silicone rubber raw materials can only be stored for about three days after adding vulcanizing agent. If they are not added with vulcanizing agent, they can be effectively stored for one year.
