I      Surface treatment of mould

Silica gel molding molds must be washed before mass production, especially the newly opened molds must be sandblasted first. In the process of treatment, we must pay attention to the selection of different mold washing sand for upper and lower molds; After treatment, the mold must be heated to a sufficiently stable mold temperature before discharging and forming. At the same time, a small amount of release agent shall be sprayed evenly before forming.

2、 Spray release agent treatment

During the molding of molded products, silica gel products will be sprayed with a small amount of release agent evenly on which side of the mold they do not stick, if they are still not easy to stick. At this time, you can spray a small amount of water evenly, so that you can reach the mold surface you want to demould;

Another method is to adjust the mold temperature. Molded products usually like to stick to the lower half of the mold temperature. When the upper mold temperature is 180 ℃ and the lower mold temperature is 170 ℃, the products are usually stuck to the lower mold with lower temperature when they are out of the mold.

However, when it is difficult to demould silicone molded products, do not increase the use amount and frequency of release agent to save trouble. Because spraying too much release agent is easy to pollute the mold surface, it may have a certain impact on the appearance of the product, which needs to be reground seriously.
