1. It is estimated that the white carbon black is impure or mixed with other white carbon black

2. Rubber mixing problem: the rubber mixing is uneven, the filling capacity is unreasonable, and the rubber discharge temperature and time are not well controlled

Specific solutions:

1: For raw material problems: select transparent white carbon black with better purity, clean the kneader, and then refine transparent rubber

2. For coking process problems, control the kneading temperature and kneading time, extend the original kneading time by 5-10 minutes, and then discharge the glue for inspection.

Generally, the raw material silicone rubber has a storage period, which is closely related to the temperature. If it is at a room temperature of about 20 degrees, silicone rubber can generally be stored for three years. If it is stored at a temperature above 35 or 40 ℃, it is likely that the silicone rubber will stick together in less than a year, so try to use the silicone rubber tube within the specified period of time.
