1.Raw Material
Raw Material can be classified as nature rubber and synthetic rubber.
Nature Rubber:
Cutting a notch on the rubber tree,and collect the flowing cement, after
removing impurities,concreting, smudging, drying and other processes, then
can get the nature rubber material.
Synthetic Rubber:
It is a by-product generated by the petrochemical industry, according to
different needs,then making the synthetic rubber with different physical
properties.The usually used areSBR,NBR,EPDM,BR,IIR,CR,FKM
2.The rubber material formulation
The rubber material formulation can be into three basic processes.
1)rubber compounding
In order to meet the variety of rubber plasticity requirements
inprocesses,usually,we do the machinery process for the raw rubber
material,to make sure the raw rubber material can be changed from tough elastic
be changed to soft and malleable.
2)Mixing Process
In order to improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber products,
improve the molding process, reduce the production cost, various of Rubber
compounding ingredients need to adding in the rubber material,such
as fllers,reinforcing agents,accelerator,curing agent,ager,scorch retarder
and so on,and must ensure they are uniform in rubber.
3)Molding and Extrusion
Push out the excess air in the raw material by extrusion or molding after
mixing process,and complete the required thickness and sizes , in order to
facilitate the molding operation .
3.Vulcanization
The process of converting plastic rubber into elastic rubber is called
vulcanization. Vulcanization is one of the most important process of
rubber processing. All kinds of rubber products must be vulcanized to obtain
the performance.The rubber products without vulcanized is less value and useless,but
undercuring and overcuring will degrade the rubber performance. Therefore,
the production process must strictly control the curing time, in order to
ensure the vulcanized rubber products with the best performance and the most
long service life
