The two most commonly used basic models of mixed silicone rubber are molded silicone and extruded silicone. Molded silicone is the most commonly used raw material of mixed silicone rubber, because its production process is formed by high-temperature vulcanization and molding with flat vulcanizer or vacuum vulcanizer. The composition of extruded silicone is basically the same as that of molded silicone, which is made of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, silica Silicone oil and other auxiliary materials are mixed at high temperature by vacuum mixer.

The difference is that the proportion of ingredients added to the extruded silicone rubber during production is different from that of the molded silicone rubber, and its mixing process in the vacuum mixer is also different. If the mixing process of the extruded silicone rubber during production is not qualified, bubbles are likely to occur in the production of products.
