1. Effect of vulcanization temperature

Vulcanization temperature is the basic condition for vulcanization reaction of rubber, which directly affects the vulcanization speed and product quality. Vulcanization temperature and vulcanization time restrict each other. High vulcanization temperature and fast vulcanization speed; Low vulcanization temperature and slow vulcanization speed. Increasing the curing temperature can shorten the curing time and improve the production efficiency. But other factors should also be considered. The higher the temperature, the better.

2. Effect of vulcanization pressure

① It can prevent bubbles in the vulcanization process of rubber products and improve the compactness of rubber;

② It can make the rubber easy to flow and fill the mold cavity;
