3. "white electric oil": white electric oil is often used in the processes of calendering, molding and injection molding. Its advantage is that white electric oil is very clean, especially for silicone rubber products. It is good to wipe a drop of white electric oil with degreased cotton cloth. However, it should be noted that white electric oil has certain corrosive properties, but it will soon be dried. Therefore, when using white electric oil to wipe the dust on the surface of the silicone tube, the operator should wear gloves and cannot wipe the silicone tube for a long time, because its surface corrosion will increase the positive and negative tolerance of the product size. It is recommended that the white electric oil drops on the surface of the silicone tube be dried within 3 minutes.
