What are the bases for judgment?

1、 Not familiar as a whole

Expression: silicone products are soft and sticky after molding. Pinching their surface with nails will leave nail marks that are difficult to restore. Touching this kind of defective product will have a slight sticky feeling. When pulling the product by hand, the toughness and elongation of the product are stronger than those of complete vulcanization.

Note: low molding temperature or short vulcanization time will cause the overall unfamiliarity

2、 Unfamiliar inside

Expression: on solid products with large volume, adjust the temperature, exhaust and discharge mode during molding, so that the products that would have required a certain time for vulcanization can be molded in advance. There is no abnormality in the molded product on the surface, but in fact, the interior is not completely vulcanized

Attention: vulcanization time must be sufficient to ensure quality. If the vulcanization time is not guaranteed, the silicone rubber products will bulge or even explode.

3、 Partial unfamiliarity

Expression: after silicone products are formed, the appearance and function of most parts can meet the quality requirements, but a small part of the parts will appear raw rubber without vulcanization, and there are more on the surface of silicone products

Example: silicone keys appear on the substrate and load inclined wall, and conductive adhesive keys appear on the conductive base

Don't shorten the molding vulcanization time in order to blindly improve the production efficiency.
