Introduction to pad printing ink:

As the name implies, pad printing ink is suitable for pad printing. In pad printing process, ink is often considered as a key factor affecting the printing quality of silicone products. The raw materials of pad printing ink include binders, pigments, solvents and additives, which are more vulnerable to some factors such as temperature, humidity and static electricity. Therefore, a good pad printing ink requires fast and stable drying speed, Higher color concentration and stable colloidal properties.

Product characteristics:

1. Low odor, high gloss, high hardness

2. Suitable for silk screen printing and pad printing

3. Advantageous adhesion, acid and alkaline resistance

4. Product fineness: below 5um

5. Bright color, glossiness, fluidity, adhesion and wear resistance

Reasons for easy drop of pad printing ink:

One ink is not used correctly, and appropriate ink should be selected.
