In fact, this is mainly related to the adhesive and production process. Generally, the silicone sealing ring is bonded according to the requirements specified by the customer after being extruded. The silicone product manufacturers know that the bonding process is divided into hot and cold bonding. Although it is simple bonding, it can not be done carelessly.

"Cold adhesive" requires the operator to prepare the glue according to a certain proportion formula, and then squeeze some glue onto a clean white cloth, and then take one of the two ends of the cut sealing ring and stick a little glue on it. After sticking the glue, directly put it on the clamp, and then align the two ends to push forward to make the two ends firmly bonded.

The use of cold bonding technology requires the operator to grasp it properly. When bonding, the operator should neither press the product too hard nor remove it too lightly, because if the adhesive is too hard, the glue will stick to the fixture, and if it is too light, it is easy to cause the product to not stick firmly or the product to have cracks. The cost of cold adhesion is relatively low. Most silicone products will choose cold adhesion when the requirements are not high. The disadvantages of cold adhesion are: because the whole process is manual, some of the glued products absorb too much glue, which affects the beauty of the products, and the tensile force is not enough.

Hot adhesive: The glue is modulated as cold adhesive, but the formula is different. The operator glues the product to a special hot adhesive machine, and uses manual foot control to make its two ends firmly bonded. It does not need to use manual control to grasp the strength, but also needs to control the amount of glue. The production capacity of the product can be increased by using thermal adhesive, and the adhesive products are also beautiful. However, the glue cost of the "hot adhesive" formula is high and needs to be frozen in the refrigerator.
