2. Applications in Fluid Transmission Fluids
Methyl long chain alkyl silicone oil and α- Olefin oligomer mixtures can be formulated as liquid transmission fluids with a wide range of temperatures and high flash point temperatures for use in aircraft, military vehicles, and mechanical facilities in cold regions. 3. Release agent for plastic and rubber products

After demolding, plastic and rubber products can be printed, evaporated, hot-pressed, and coated on their surfaces. However, it is difficult to print, evaporate, heat press, and finish on the surface of products that are demolded with ordinary dimethylsilicone oil release agents.

Using long chain alkyl modified silicone oil to prepare skin care products has the effect of keeping the skin moist, reducing the symptoms of dry skin, and maintaining the softness of the skin.
5. Plastic modification and coating additives
Methyl long chain alkyl silicone oil has good compatibility with synthetic resins, and as an additive for various plastics, it can improve the boundary lubrication characteristics of plastic products. Additives used in coatings can improve pigment dispersion, leveling, and wear resistance of coatings.
