2. Judging from the high temperature resistance of silicone products

Food grade silicone generally has a high temperature resistance of 250 degrees, with a short-term high temperature resistance of around 350 degrees. However, ordinary silicone can only reach around 150 degrees.

3. Judging from the tensile strength of silicone

Let's take a silicone film of the same hardness as an example. Take a piece of silicone film and stretch it with your hands. Pull it with both hands, and if it turns white and can still smell a pungent smell, it indicates that it is ordinary silicone. On the contrary, if pulled, it will not turn white and has good stretching, it is food grade silicone. Sometimes it won't turn white when pulled up. Due to the by-products generated by the manufacturer during the production of vulcanization, there will be a faint odor. However, it is also food grade silicone, which will not affect product quality, and this odor can be eliminated on its own.
