The extrusion process is to achieve the purpose of extrusion and preliminary molding of the rubber material through the action of the cylinder wall and screw components of the extruder. The extrusion process is also known as the extrusion process.

The main equipment of the extrusion process is the extruder. The extrusion characteristics of several types of rubber:

Natural rubber has fast extrusion speed and low shrinkage rate of semi-finished products. The body temperature is 50-60 ℃, the nose temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the mouth shape is 80-90 ℃;

Styrene-butadiene has slow extrusion speed, large compression deformation, rough surface, body temperature of 50-70 ℃, head temperature of 70-80 ℃, mouth temperature of 100-105 ℃;

Neoprene does not need to be fully heated before extrusion, the body temperature is 50 ℃, and the mouth shape is 70 ℃;

Ethylene propylene rubber has fast extrusion speed, small shrinkage, body temperature of 60-70 ℃, head temperature of 80-130 ℃, and mouth shape of 90-140 ℃.

Nitrile rubber has poor extruding performance, so it should be fully heated when extruding. The body temperature is 50-60 ℃, and the nose temperature is 70-80 ℃.
