How to handle transfer printing silicone?

1. Usage of transfer printing adhesive: Condensed transfer printing silicone adhesive is mainly used for printing irregular patterns on plastic toys, electroplating products, electronic toys, trademarks, communication equipment, craft gifts, stationery, etc. The transfer printing adhesive head is to use the pattern on the steel plate as a carrier, and then transfer the pattern on the steel plate onto the toy printing product.

2. Pay attention to the use of transfer printing adhesive

When filtering with silicone, impurities should be filtered well, or during the packaging process, barrels or plastic bags should be cleaned thoroughly during manual packaging.

The service life of transfer printing silicone is closely related to the size of the pattern to be transferred, and the rubber head should be replaced according to the size of the pattern during transfer printing operation. For example, when printing large patterns, a larger transfer printing head should be used, while when printing small patterns, a smaller head should be used. The ratio between the size of the adhesive head and the pattern is usually 3:1.

Features: The transfer printing adhesive requires fine quality, no impurities, good resilience, good oiling, and clear pattern printing.

3. Attention: Any adhesive head or paste is coated with oil. If printing large patterns and the font is thick, a transfer printing adhesive head with lower hardness should be used to prevent non oiling. The reason for non oiling is that the adhesive head itself is too hard and does not adsorb the ink under the steel plate on the adhesive head.
