Characteristics of silicone rubber products

Silicone rubber products are made from methyl vinyl silicone rubber as the base adhesive, adding various fillers (reinforcing agents, heat resistant agents, modifiers, etc.) through mixing, thinning, filtering, sulfur addition, molding, extrusion, bonding and other production processes. Silicone rubber products are activities that use silicone and rubber as the main raw materials to produce various types of silicone rubber products. Characteristics of silicone rubber products

(1) High and low temperature resistance: can be used for a long time at 200 ℃, and still has elasticity at -60 ℃;

(2) Electrical insulation performance: The dielectric performance of silicone rubber is excellent, especially at high temperatures, which greatly exceeds that of ordinary organic rubber. The dielectric strength is almost unaffected by temperature in the range of 20-200 ℃.

(3) Excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and UV radiation resistance, without cracking during long-term outdoor use. It is generally believed that silicone rubber can be used outdoors for more than 20 years.

(4) Excellent high-temperature compression permanent deformation.

(5) Due to its excellent processing performance and ease of molding, various products can be produced through methods such as extrusion hot air vulcanization molding, die addition molding, and extension molding.
