These materials are also prone to material degradation in thermal aging environments. The performance is that the sealing strip is not resistant to UV aging and thermal aging. Under the action of sunlight, rain, water, and ozone, placed outdoors for 30 years, the performance has not significantly decreased, and can synchronize with the service life of doors and windows, which cannot be achieved by other materials.

The silicone sealing strip can be adjusted arbitrarily between Shore 30A and 85A to achieve optimal sealing performance.

Silicone sealing strips have been confirmed in human experiments to be non-toxic, odorless, non adhesive to human tissues and blood, with good biological adaptability. When hot blooded animal tissues that are extremely sensitive to the outside world come into contact with silicone rubber crystals, no abnormalities are found in their cellular tissues. The publication of this result also shows that silicone sealing strips are the safest as elastic materials in the environmental and medical fields. Up to now, there is no new environmentally friendly material certified by the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration) that is more harmless to the human body than silicone sealing strips.
