When regenerating silica gel during calcination, excessive temperature can cause changes in the pore structure of the silica gel, significantly reducing its adsorption effect and affecting its value in use. For blue gel indicators or discolored silica gel, the temperature for desorption regeneration should not exceed 120 ℃, otherwise the color developing effect will be lost due to the gradual oxidation of the color developing agent.

3. The regenerated silica gel should generally be sieved to remove fine particles to make the particles uniform.

Storage and Packaging

Silicone has strong moisture absorption ability, so it should be stored in a dry place, and there should be shelves between the packaging and the ground. The packaging materials include steel drums, paper drums, cardboard boxes, plastic bottles, polyethylene plastic composite bags, flexible container bags, etc. Specific packaging specifications can be found in the classified product instructions. During transportation, it is important to avoid rain, moisture, and exposure to sunlight.
