MY PC-618 is a long-acting inhibitor, can be maintained for about one week to two months at room temperature. It will be uncured below 120 ℃ for an hour, cured completely in 5-30 minutes at 130-140 ℃.

Apperance：

Colorless transparent viscous liquid, viscosity about 300-500cp, almost tasteless.

Application:

Inhibitors of organic silicon products such as liquid silicone rubber, silicon gel, high temperature addition silicone rubber, high temperature silicone vulcanizing agent, silicone ink, addition silicone adhesive, silicone platinum vulcanizing agent, etc.

Adding a small amount can significantly extend the operation time of addition vulcanized silicone rubber.

Usage

For high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, this product can be added in the Kneader and open mill machine; For other kinds of silicone rubber can be added in the planetary mixer or high-speed disperser.

Dosage amount is 1000-2500 times according to platinum content. For example, the platinum content is 3ppm, then the inhibitor can be added as 3000-7500ppm.
