When putting the mixed silicone rubber, the weight must be weighed on the electronic scale, and then place the rubber evenly on the mold. The usage of mixed silicone rubber shall be based on the weight and size of silicone products.
Finally, the vulcanization temperature and time shall be adjusted. Generally, the vulcanization temperature of silica gel products is 170 ° c-180 ° C, and the vulcanization agent time is 60s-180s. The specific requirements shall be based on the product quality. After repeated adjustment tests and selecting the best vulcanization temperature and time, a brand-new silica gel product was officially released.
