First, open the oil paper packaging the mixed silicone rubber, cut the raw materials of the mixed silicone rubber into pieces with a blade, and then put them into the vacuum vulcanizer for production. The weight of the mixed silicone rubber must be weighed on the electronic scale, and then place the rubber evenly on the mold. The usage of mixed silicone rubber shall be based on the weight and size of silicone products.

3. Finally, the vulcanization temperature and time shall be adjusted. Generally, the vulcanization temperature of silica gel products is 170 ° c-180 ° C, and the vulcanization agent time is 60s-180s.
