2. The mixed silicone rubber with vulcanizing agent can be directly put into production. First, open the oil paper packaging the mixed silicone rubber, cut the raw materials of the mixed silicone rubber into pieces with a blade, and then put them into the vacuum vulcanizer for production. The weight of the mixed silicone rubber must be weighed on the electronic scale, and then place the rubber evenly on the mold. The usage of mixed silicone rubber shall be based on the weight and size of silicone products.

3. Finally, the vulcanization temperature and time shall be adjusted. Generally, the vulcanization temperature of silica gel products is 170 ° c-180 ° C, and the vulcanization agent time is 60s-180s. The specific requirements shall be based on the product quality. After repeated adjustment tests and selecting the best vulcanization temperature and time, a brand-new silica gel product is officially released.
