1. Rubber mixing: the raw materials of rubber mixing are mixed in the double stick rubber mixing machine by adding double 2,4 or platinum vulcanizing agent or silicone rubber color masterbatch, and pressed into a layer of silicone rubber extrudate with uniform thickness.

2. Extrusion molding: install the die on the head of the silicone extruder. Divide the refined rubber into shapes with the same size and length, which is convenient to feed from the inlet of the extruder. Then feed through the silicone rubber extruder, extrude the formed but very soft silicone rubber hose, put the silicone rubber hose into an 8m long drying channel and vulcanize at high temperature. The silicone hose coming out of the drying channel can be semi-finished, and then wrapped with.

3. High temperature vulcanization: put the wound silicone rubber hose into the oven, ordinary silicone rubber 180 degrees, gas-phase silicone rubber hose 200 degrees, high temperature for 2 hours, and conduct secondary vulcanization to remove the peculiar smell on the silicone rubber hose and prevent frost spraying and yellowing.

4. Carry out subsequent processing: the rest is to carry out subsequent processing such as cutting or bonding according to the length required by the customer. Then package and ship to customers as required.
