Silicon vulcanization molding: the flat vulcanizing machine used for silicon button vulcanization molding has three ways: manual, automatic and vacuum. The mold adopts the upper mold and the lower mold (commonly known as the male mold). Of course, there is also a special three sheet metal mold. During production, the mother mold is opened upward, and the male mold is placed with conductive black particles and their thin sheets. After the color key vulcanization treatment under the mother mold is completed, the mold is extruded from the vulcanizing machine, the mother mold is opened, and the silicon button product is taken out.

In the vulcanization forming process, the important control factors are temperature (upper and lower mold temperature), pressure and vulcanization time.

Secondary vulcanization of silicon buttons: the semi-finished buttons after vulcanization can decide whether to conduct secondary vulcanization according to the requirements of customers. The purpose of secondary vulcanization of silicon button is to remove the residual vulcanizing agent residue on the button (there is pungent smell, and there is no reason for secondary vulcanization) and improve the performance of silicon button.

Silicon button screen printing / pipe engraving / paste printing technology: there is a screen printing and glue spraying technology factory, which can print patterns according to the screen printing colors required by customers.

Unfasten the button and use the front button treatment: while unfastening, use the press and die to wash away the burrs of the silicon button sheet and complete the neat and clean finished product. However, most of the burrs of silicon buttons are difficult to clean and require a lot of manual cutting, which increases the production cost of silicon buttons.

The quality control of silicone rubber buttons includes vulcanization molding quality control, fire carving | offset printing | and finished product quality control. The button inspection items in vulcanization forming are size, elasticity, hardness, stain, color difference, out of stock or unqualified, etc., and the defective products are removed.

The quality inspection of silk screen process shows that the silicone keys are obvious: whether the product has ghosting, cream overflow, blurred words, poor wear resistance, etc. The quality control and inspection items of finished products in the case: all the printing materials, non printing materials, stamping parts, etc. are inspected, and all kinds of defective products are detected and packaged.
