5. Silicone rubber products with strict dripping effect should be placed in the area to be dried, and the temperature should be controlled between 28 ° - 40 °.

Therefore, during the production and manufacturing process, the silicone rubber manufacturer will spray a thin layer of hand feel oil on the surface of the silicone rubber products, which can not only prevent dust but also ensure the hand feel. This is mainly reflected in the customer's requirements for silicone keys with different hand feel and appearance. The oil injection is divided into three different processes.

The first type: spray color oil: spray color oil is to spray a layer of visible ink on the surface of the silicone key, and the color is adjusted according to the customer's demand for the product.

The second type: spray matting (hand feeling oil): it is believed that many people of rubber products have already understood it very well. Matting ink is a kind of foggy hand feeling ink, and its characteristics are similar to PU ink. However, spray matting ink will make the surface of silicone keys appear foggy, and it can spray frosting effect, and the hand feeling is more smooth.

The third type: Pu spraying: Pu refers to a kind of ink, which has strong adhesion, wear resistance, good transparency and other characteristics. The silicone keys sprayed with PU also have a very good feel and wear resistance. It is also a very common process for silicone product manufacturers.
