What is gilded silicone adhesive board

Hot stamping silicone board is mainly used in industries such as plastic toys, craft gifts, hardware and electronics, and special printing. It uses silicone board as a heat carrier to transfer exquisite patterns onto products. Colors include red, orange, coffee, etc.

Product Usage: Mainly used for special high-temperature products, hot stamping plates, hot stamping silicone rollers, heat transfer printing, etc

Product features: High temperature resistance of 350-400 ℃, and hardness requirements can be determined according to customer printing pattern requirements. The general hardness ranges from 40A °, 50A °, 60A °, 70A °, and 80A °.

Operation method:

1. Open an aluminum mold, iron mold, or copper mold that can be closed up and down, like a box. A 2mm wide exhaust groove is enclosed around the lower mold surface to help expel air from the mold during the pressing process.

2. First clean the mold and brush a layer of mold release agent (the mold release agent can be Vaseline or Dishwashing liquid) on the inside of the whole mold, and then carry out the following operations after it is dry.

3. Fill the bottom of the mold with aluminum plates (it is best to make small holes on the top aluminum plate or polish it with roving paper to enhance the adhesion between the silicone and the aluminum plate), place the aluminum plate in place, clean it, and apply adhesive to the aluminum plate. The filled aluminum plate can be multiple pieces, and the one that really works is the top one. (The purpose of filling multiple aluminum plates is to adjust the thickness of the pressed silicone rubber plate and place the hot stamping silicone and aluminum plates together.) Assuming the mold is 300 by 300, the area of the cut silicone rubber plate and aluminum plate is slightly smaller, leaving a width of 2 centimeters for the internal width of the mold so that excess material and air can be discharged. This can prevent swelling after molding. Note: Applying Tena water on the top aluminum plate also helps to increase the adhesion between the silicone and the aluminum plate.

4. Cut the silicone, and the silicone plate is 1 centimeter smaller than the surrounding area of the aluminum plate, because during the pressing process, the silicone will extend like the surrounding area. Then slowly lay the silicone board from one end onto the aluminum board, and then use a wooden stick to roll it from one end to the other end on the silicone board. The purpose of doing this is to drive away the air. This way, there will be no air or bubbles between the compressed silicone and aluminum plate, and the bonding effect will be better. Take the mold to the molding machine and press it. While pressing the mold, exhaust the air 2 to 3 times. If the molding machine has a vacuum machine, exhaust the air for 30 seconds at the same time.

5. After 20-30 minutes at a pressure of 10 tons and a temperature of 160-250, pull out the mold, take out the hot stamping plate, and naturally cool it
