Performance and Application of Hydrogenated Silicone Oil

Hydrogenated silicone oil has excellent hydrophobicity and is suitable for surface treatment of glass, metal, fiber, powder, and many other applications.

This product can crosslink and form a film at low temperature under the action of metal salt catalysts, forming a waterproof film on the surface of various substances. It can be used as a waterproof agent for various materials such as fabrics, glass, ceramics, paper, leather, metal, cement, marble, etc., especially for fabric waterproofing. Methyl hydrosilicone oil lotion is shared with methyl hydroxysilicone oil lotion, which can be waterproof, maintain the permeability of the fabric, improve the tear strength, friction strength and antifouling of the fabric, and improve the hand feel and sewing performance of the fabric. In addition, it is used as an anti stick isolating agent and crosslinking agent for paper.
