Mold silica gel mold opening modes are enveloped mold, brush mold (one mold, fragment film), perfusion mold.

Operation process of perfusion mold:

1. First, polish the surface of the mold and fix it on the operating table. Then the baffle is fixed on the outer layer of the mold, and the clearance can be 1.5-3cm. (The baffle can be used wood board, cardboard, acrylic board, etc., and the plate and the plate shall be sealed with hot melt adhesive to avoid overflow of silica gel perfusion)

2. Brush the mold surface and the inner side of the baffle with release agent. It's for good demoulding. Release agent can be used detergent water, soapy water, spray drying. Spray type release agent may also be used.

3. Add curing agent to silica gel according to the ratio. Industrial grade silica gel is 100:2 added curing agent, food grade silica gel is 1:1 added. The ratio must be matched with an electronic scale. After the ratio is completed, stir quickly and evenly. Pay attention to the bottom and edge of the container to be stirred in place.

4. Mix the stirred silica gel and put it in the vacuum defoaming machine to -0.1 mpa.

5. Pour the vacuum liquid silica gel into a fixed mold tank and wait for 5-8 hours to solidify. It is recommended that the demolding effect is better after 12 hours.
