The production flow and required tools of silicone insoles
Firstly, we use additive two-component liquid silicone, which is non-toxic and odorless, and does not cause any harm to the human body; The necessary machinery and equipment for producing silicone insoles include vacuum machines, mixers, electronic scales, ovens/grills, and related molds (it is best to coat the mold with a layer of PTFE for better demolding effect). So after preparing the tool materials, we first mix the two-component semi transparent shoe insole silicone in a 1:1 ratio, vacuum defoaming 3-5, and then use reverse pouring or injection methods to form. The molding temperature is 80-150 ℃, and the time is 8-15 minutes to fully cure. Then, demold and take out the product. The operation is very simple, but there are some small details that must be noted: the two-component semi transparent shoe insole silicone is an environmentally friendly material and cannot come into contact with non environmentally friendly materials, otherwise the semi transparent shoe insole silicone will not cure!
